Absolutely these are better optics. A military installation implies war and conflict. Doing it in Toronto, and semi-annually in each member country implies cooperation.
You can call it what you want. However, I don’t believe in anything. Conspiracy or not. I just don’t blindly accept what others tell me. When you are only given one side of a story how are you ever able to make an informed decision?

I do think that’s pretty fucked up that then can just ID anyone on the streets. I frequently don’t carry my ID on me, especially when I’m not driving.
