The Slow, the Rare, and the Determined

Salutations Fellow Pittspeeders! My name is Riley Webb and I live in the airport area, AKA Moon Township. I figured i was getting more serious with my cars so i may as well get serious with others that are too! My first car i still have is for sale, its a 98 Cavalier with basically every bolt-on you can do to the 2200 and is still slow as balls. And my new car is a nice change of pace, shes an 88 Mazda 323 GTX; turbo AWD. Well thats all for now kiddies, have a fast day!

Welcome to the board. Pics of the GTX? I had a white 323 that had more money in the suspension than the car was worth.

Welcome

wow you are cheesy:stick: …mmmmmmmmmmmmm cheese curls…welcome to the board!!!

welcome. Be careful and baby the tranny in that 323, that is it’s weak spot!

You can find 6 pics of the car at the following link. http://www.sturtevant.com/323gtx/fs_faber/index.html
and you can see pics of a 323 GTX engine bay at this one. Not mine, though almost identical.

And yea, the tranny is the very weak link along with the axles, ive already had to replace the clutch master cylinder and i need a new clutch now on a tranny with only 30K on it!
