Well its time for some changes around PITTspeed

The new server is here and will be implemented in the next two weeks.

I will then begin development on a revision of the entire board, more details to come in the next few weeks.

PITTspeed will move to a somewhat subscription style board. Donating members will have differnent permissions then Regular members. Here are the changes.

Standard Users (Registered)
Can no longer change title
Can no longer add an avatar
Can no longer add attachments
PM Mail box is limited to 50 messages

Donating Users
Can change title
Can add an avatar
Can add attachments of any size (NO LIMIT!!!)
Access to Members only area
PM Mail box has been increased to 200 messages

These changes were made to help out on some of the costs of the site. Current users will be grandfathered in with their titles and avatars.

Donations are from now on, not what was donated before.
