here we go again
I think you go with Black Steelies…maybe with spinner hubcaps. Case closed. I don’t wanna hear they don’t make steelies for bimmers or they shake when its 93 degrees out either. lol
if you go to an 18" staggered setup you are a doof… run a square to dial out almost all understeer.
That was the plan! … well almost 265’s up front and 275 in the rear… my car is on coilovers, so i cant run 275’s on all 4 corners
My 18 inch stock and I give you cash
I guess that would actually matter if he took it to the track…
rotas dont belong on M3’s
So run 265’s on all 4 corners.
Why? Because someone owns an M3 they have to buy BBS At 750 a piece?
What looks good looks good regardless who makes them. If he was going to the track and needed a well balanced, lightweight, sturdy wheel then sure spend the money.
If he is just going to DD it … then who gives a shit if he spends 250 a wheel… then oh yea… spends another 200 per tire…
Rotas work fine for track use.
Styling dosent mean a thing if the wheel is in two pieces after a track day…
Do you ever read? It really blows my mind that you got hired for a decent job.
couldnt have said it better.
that is complete BS you can run 275 on all four corners, there are a few people running 285 on all four with an extreme alignment…
I absolutely hate reading, thats why im going to school for Accounting and not law… Fill me in then hottstuff?
If rotas were on a honda, you would say: OMG ROTAS SUCK, UR SUCH A RICER
Rotas on an M3 = Okay? tho, even tho he bought them for the same exact reason the honda guy did.
everyone in this thread also bitched at steve2k6 or w/e his name is with the STi that bought white gram lights for his car, because he thought they were expensive.
This is what i dont understand.
and also im pretty sure rota torques were not having a problem cracking, it only a few of the wheels made my them
My car is pretty low with the H&R’s i have serious doubts as if i could get a 275 under the front fender without raising it a ton… 245’s at my “street” height and i can barely fit a finger between the outfer fender and the tire… im also running a 10mm spacer though to clear the BBK
Shit even with the coilovers on FULL height, i have minor rubbing problems with 245/45/19’s on the front at slow turn
you’re doing it wrong…
