Well, there is a difference between DWAI and DWI in New York… If you were under 21 and blew a .05-.07, you could get a DWAI but not a DWI. So technically, thats incorrect.

then how come if you smoke weed 2 days prior to a piss test… and you drink a few gallons of water before the test your results come back negative?
Because you are deluting the content. that probably has about a 10% chance of working, depending on the test
Are you going to be able to chug 2 gallons of water prior to getting pulled over by the cops and tested?
And that is a piss test which like you said can be diluted. There is other tests now than pee in a cup esp when you are currently high and the cop brings you to the hospital right away. They don’t give you a chance to go home and come back in a few days for some tests.

So yesterday they must have a memorial for him or something cause when a coworker drove by there was a ton of people there. Then when he drove by again this morning to come to work there were beer cars littered all over the ground… wtf… Who drinks at that?!
