I’d be more partial to the lower compression ratio (8.3:1 vs 8.5:1), Idividual Throttle Bodies, larger oil pump, better oiling (360* mains), larger main bearings, larger injectors (444 vs 370),and larger turbo(T28 vs T25) only offered on the GTi-R.
