Theya re doing a super good job keeping up with these v8s. Theya re the first import to run 3’s in the 1/8th. All done with a inline 6 and a single turbo.

While that is fast. Who the fuck races the 1/8th professionally anymore? Just doesn’t seem to make sense.
an eigth mile race is much much much more of a drivers race than 1/4 mile.
Its all on the tree, you can’t make up for being a poor driver on the second half.

A lot of the outlaw classes tend to run 1/8th mile stuff. I think it’s a big southern thing too.
