so agervated at verizon that you cannot send pictures in “best” quality off my phone (larger than 300KB) and i cant find a driver for the cable i bought either, but anyways heres the one good pic of a few from tift a couple weeks back…you can see i got bored cause it was so dry and no mud, so we moved on to just finding water… where did my 35"s go?
she was still running at that point, just starting to suck water so i shut it down and used the winch :D. my buddy was upset one of his sneakers got a little wet, i laughed as i jumped in and waded through chest level water to find the clutch on my winch (cell phone still in pocket, gota love the Gzone MIL spec phone).
The chevy s-10 Zr2 with us didnt follow me, hmm wonder why
WAIT… so you say this phone has no problem underwater? Ever do any calls underwater? i need one of these… but, i have cingular, and i dont think my sim works in verizion phones
yes you can use it as an underwater camera snorkeling if you want, or make a call in the shower. they have a really cool video online about it somewhere, or here http://www.casiogzone.com/
I believe the military spec is 30 min at 1 meter depth, i got it cause i went through 3 phones in my last 2year contract
the gzone is completely waterproof and can be used as an under water camera. the phone was in my pocket as i was getting my winch hooked up, and i threw it too a buddy who then took some pictures with it. there site shows a guy dropping it in a fish bowl and then it rings and he reaches in and answers it. i payed 20$ for the phone with a 2 year contract. (ebay it runs $250 ish… but who would be that dumb) I use the flashlight on it more than i make calls.
there are a couple good holes off the trails there, i get bored so i usually make mine own.

lol, i sell those phones man. they are NOT COMPLETELY waterproof. they are definately water resistant, and pretty cool at the same time.

the site says they are?
i’m out of the retail aspect of phones now and into the coorperate level so don’t really get a chance/or care to test them out. So I won’t argue with you, but please explain why the site would say they are then show pictures of them getting wet. So why would they not be if they say they are? Also here we have someone first hand saying he walked through water with it and it worked fine?

ot of the phone, that’s fucking badass what kind of damage could it cause without a snorkle if it sucked in more than just water?
we’re testing out a rubicon right now, we have it for the next week not sure what my feeling are on it yet.
It’s one of the first cell phones able to withstand blowing rain and high humidity, and it can even stay underwater up to 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter with the ports closed.
