It doesnt matter, you can switch from mph to kph by the push of a button in vettes. That ZO6’s speedo was crazy high like you said, but that doesnt mean it will hit those speeds.

the speedo is numbered to read both, the needle speed will change depending on what mode it’s set to

No he isn’t. The factory runflats on mine make huge noise. I put a partition between the cockpit and the trunk to cut down on noise.
