it won’t… andy wilman has decided his target audience must be wide enough to entertain 12 year olds thru like 40 so it will pretty much always end up watered down on car content.
My auto-downloader pulled this in back in December but for some reason it failed to update in XBMC. Just refreshed the show in XBMC and now it’s there. Will check it out tonight.
It’s a decent episode… but my complaint is that the presenters are caricatures of themselves nowadays. Jeremy will always be bombastic to a fault. Richard will always be naive. James is bumbling and overthinking.
I watch this and then watch the Africa special and see where they didn’t have to act like themselves, they just were themselves. It’s stupid.
So I go to download the torrent and final gear is blacked out for SOPA wtf!
It was worth watching at work for sure :tup: There are some good laughs in this one, not bad overall imho.

Finished watching this and yeah, it wasn’t the best. Really wish they spent more time in the Himalayas.
Thinking more about it now… I think the cars they had were too nice.
^ This. A lot of the humor of these adventures comes from the crappy cars. The exception being the Arctic special but that terrain was so insane nothing but that 100k+ specially designed truck could have done it.
The artic special was outstanding. “technically we are on international waters we are not drunk driving we are sailing”
