I only liked 4 cars on that list…
and historically you have shitty taste so… yeah, I didn’t like about 4 or so of them. :bigok:
ford escort cosworth sick
Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4SV
Aston Martin V12 Vantage
McLaren F1
Ferrari F50
Honda NSX-R
Vauxhall Monaro
Bugatti Veyron
Corvette ZR 1
Porsche 911 GT3 RS
There’s 9 of them that ANYONE would take in a heartbeat… how did you only get 4?
exactly…
veyron
Mclaren
GT3
Aside from the Veyron, it’s a pretty good list. Focusing on innovation instead of fanbase for a car is pretty big of a mag that size to do. Nice.
Are you saying there is no innovation in the Veyron?
I was going to say the same thing?
^^^ Me too. the Veyron is amazing. Watch the Veyron vs. the F1 video parts 1 and 2. Incredible cars both, but I love the fact that both can do more than go in a straight line fast.
I love how they kind of take jabs at American cars… like with the vette… implying that it’s the first vette that can actually take a corner.
Being an Audi guy, I love the RS2. A beast of a grocery getter.
Didn’t see any BMW representation other than their engine in someone else’s car.
I have renewed love for the Lotus and may look in to one of those for the next toy.
Let’s be realistic. American cars don’t need to be made for Corners . We have Interstates and Highways.
No I didn’t mean the Veyron has no innovation (it’s fucking brimming with it actually), I just really think the execution in that car could’ve been more appealing. It’s a hideous car IMO, that statment was based purely on aesthetics.
Got it; agreed. To me it’s kind of so ugly that it’s bad ass. But not for that kind of money. If I could pay that, it had better be better aesthetically.
The need to in my world. I hate going in a straight line. I need g’s.
I like G’s too, both the kind that are far left of the decimal, and the holding on kind!
Understood. I would think a huge percentage of people out there would say it is not the sweetest looking exotic. The grille resembles an old Edsel.
I’m surprised my favorite exotic isn’t on their list. I know they like it alot, too. Koenigsegg CCX-R. Far better looking than the Veyron, but only about 9/10s of the performance. It is still a serious piece of machinery and a much more realistic price.
Good point. I love the CCR, it certainly deserved a spot on that list. Shame they backed out of the Saab talks, might have been interesting for them.
Yes it would.
Other than the Panda and the S-Max, I’d take any car on that list.
