I need a trailer brake controller for my '03 Ram 1500 by this weekend.
Does anyone know where I can pick one of these up locally (I am in eighty four PA)?

you can get them at advance. check your dealer if you need a plug in harness for the controller.
Advance, auto zone, pep boys, gander mountain, any farm store. Heck most of the farm stores even have the adapter plugs if you truck was factory wired.

also try rv and camper sales places.
got mine at pepboys and then went to nissan for the adapter plug, works great
