I am told that there is a 1999 black WS6 trans am 6 speed for sale at Paddock Chevy. Im goin to look at it on saturday, and depending on how much they want for it and what kind of trade deal i can get on the Dakota, i might go for it. while it would be painful to see my truck go, a black WS6 trans am has been my dream car since i was like 12, and if the deal is right, this could be a good chance to get it. jsut wondering if anyoe knows anything about this specific car. even more importantly, what are your opinions? Get the trans am , or keep the dakota r/t and make it fast? your feedback is appreciated.

yeah, def get the WS6. You have a very nice truck but if the WS6 is in good shape and a good deal theres no beating it. If i wasn’t about to get married i’d be buying one too.

werd… good choice. I always loved that real dark blue over the black (just because black is so hard to maintain) but I’d deffinitly take black if a good deal came along.

so i went and looked at the car this morning, and i have the feeling that this car is beat. it has aftermarket tires that are almost bald, it smells like osmething died inside of it, and th motor has a nice little tick that becomes apparent whenyou rev it a little. i made arrangements to go back and drive it one day next week when the roads are a little clearer, so we’ll see how it does then. but as of right now, i think i am going to be passing on this car.
to be honest, (and go ahead and criticize me all u want) i really think the WS6 that i am looking for is one that was owned by a 40 year old guy who barely drove it, never modded it, and when he did drive it never got on it and babied the shit out of it. this was the case when i bought my truck and i’m happy about that because i have had no porblems and everything runs like it was breand new (after i did some tune up stuff to it cuz the idiot let it sit for a year). So im thinking this is the car i gotta go for, whenever i find it.
i practicly cream myself everytime i see one. They are my favorite car. Get that shit and take me for a cruiz lol.
