What is in a garbage plate again?
Usually a plate covered half in home fries, half in mac salad, two cheeseburger patties on top, then cover it with an oil based meat sauce, diced onions, ketchup, mustard, and tobasco. Chop and eat. Save the two pieces of french bread and butter that always comes with it for the end. Think “cork.” Instead of cheeseburgers you could use hamburgers or hot dogs, or other things that I’ve never actually seen ordered. The base could also include baked beans, or be all home fries, etc.

Uhots is the best in the area…
but you can get them from Bill Gray’s (Main near Transit). They are good, just not outstanding
Uhots is 15 minutes from work 
The Olympic on military/sheridan just started selling these. Havent tried one yet though.

I made a batch of ORIGINAL tahous sauce two nights ago. It is sooo good, I have my own spin off of it that makes it better imho. Mine is spicier and more flavorful.
I am going to go home and make a hot dog loaded with it now.
