it was really good, and the best part (or weirdest part) was they were called “dog dishes” so they were served in a big dog bowl

I just wanted to let you all know that you suck.
I haven’t even thought about a garbage plate in over a year. Now I want one in the worst way. Then I see someone mention that the Olympic does them now. SCORE! The Genesee Olympic is literally 2 doors down the street. So, I call and ask if they do them…no.

I made this last night. I like my plates Hot dog (sometimes cheeseburger), Double Home fry, Everything. So I made up a batch of sauce, deep fried some potatoes, and whipped this together:
