Rally-X track would be tits, come up with the money for the fuel, figure $1000 to get started for the first week, plus man time, plus depreciation of land value. Not to mention equipment maintenance. Its not something that will only take a day to build, more like a few weeks or months. We do have a small motocross track but its to tight for a car. I like the idea but just not practical.

Diesel for the equipment, time to clear trees. This isnt some small backyard thing. No open fields, all hilly and wooded.
