I guess I wouldn’t spend the extra coin for an S2000 if I wasn’t gunna drive it hard. These are awesome performance cars, if someone buys it just to own an S2000 and be baller or ricer or whatever, fine, seems like a waste of money to me, but whatever floats your boat. I personally would buy it to drive HARD. It’s like a corvette, plenty of douchery involved but underneith it is a awesome performance car that 90% of the owners never use.
The fact that the motor was replaced shouldn’t scare people, so what if it was flogged, it now has a new motor. Better than buying the beat on 100k car that has an engine that is ready to go but hasn’t yet. Look at how many STi’s or evo’s have new engines by 50k or new clutches at 25k. I would also strongly guess that the engine didn’t go just from driving hard.

When i get it back this week the ac system will be new, exhaust replaced, new factory trd body kit thanks to my sister+brother in law (she took off the rear bumper and he backed into it lol)…

Why are these things selling for so cheap? WTF when I was looking for one they were averaging 20K. And I agree about driving the snot out of it, if it rides like it’s on rails, you best get to derailing it.
