I really like this car, its awesome, and I am happy keeping it, I am just checking out peoples interest before I drop some cash on mods. If I get a good offer, who knows…
2000 Firebird Formula LS1 v8 6spd
Maroon, the last owner had it repainted:
(garage job, ok Edit: It cleans up pretty nice, I get compliments)
No T-tops, no leather, Charcoal cloth int, stripped down for business
Everything still works
Motor runs awesome, no Check engine light, burns and leaks no oil
All fluids changed, used Mobil 1 oil.
111k miles
No real mods other than SLP lid (BN $100), I made a custom shifter handle and knob, also I have 17 x 9 SS ZR1-style wheels for extra $200
This car has been owned by the type of people who care for their cars but obvious have used it, its not a garage queen. Edit: They enjoyed the car
No rust other than surface rust on the underbody.
Edit: Waiting on Carfax but last owner garaged this over winters, and told me he was the 2nd owner and bought the car in PA, also that the motor has always had full synthetic oil
I have been driving it in winter this season only, with snow tires on the 16" wheels
