im not sure im trying to see if there is intrest out there.
i bought it brand new from B&H about 2 to 3 years ago i still have recipts for it. the head was replaced from canon just under a year from when i bought it(the typical problem for most canons, but it was replaced with the one that i heard doesnt break as easy as the original.) i havent used it much in the past year so it has about 10 hours of usage on it from the last year. i would say a total of about 40 hours i have used it.
extras:
raynox .3 fisheye (screw on, not the clip on)
one extra battery ( i have a second one but its taped up and it still holds a good charge but looks like poop) that will also be thrown in.
pics will be on request.
asking around 1600 with everything. im firm on this because you’ll be luck if you can get the body only on ebay for this much with out the extras
BUMP for a nice camera

The Canon GL2 is designed for those who want a very good video-making experience. It incorporates a 20X Professional L-Series Fluorite optical zoom lens, which transforms distant objects into high image quality and clarity close-ups. The digital zoom of the GL2, capable of extending to 40X and a maximum of 100X, provides sharp details. The analog audio inputs let you perform dubbing or insert editing from conventional audio sources such as CDs, cassettes, microphones or soundtracks of other videocassettes. The GL2 is equipped with a DV In/Out terminal that conforms to the IEEE 1394 standard to transfer or copy your videos in pure digital form to your DV compatible computer or to another Canon DV camcorder. You can turn your GL2 into a still camera by switching to its 1.7 Mega Pixel Photo Mode and capturing high resolution still images onto the camcorder’s MultiMediaCard. The camcorder comes with an 8 MB SD card which enables you to store up to 17 fine quality pictures or 32 standard quality images. It provides a USB connection, and the necessary software for transferring still images to your computer. The Canon GL2 features three CCDs which deliver high picture quality, accurate color reproduction and a wide dynamic range.
