A good friend of mine bought this bike in the early spring, its a 2010 Ducati 1198S Corse Special Edition. We both finally had a free day that was nice out, so we were able to get a few shots of it. Its number 48 of 200 and quite the machine. The exhaust note is incredible. The bare aluminum (clear-coated) fuel tank top is something I could stare at for hours alone, it seems to glow in the sunlight. The fit and finish of the bike is top notch as well, everything fits like it should with no gaps or holes where there shouldn’t be.
Sure the bike draws attention to itself, but its the right kind of attention. Like a tall, hot brunette in a business suit kind of attention and not a 19-year old drunk chick at a party attention. I think I like these more than the 1098 Tri-Color, to me they look more subtle than the Tri-Color.
The location could have been better, we didn’t have a lot of time and this abandoned factory loading pad just down the road seemed to work well. I don’t feel this is my best work, I could have done a lot better.
There are 40 shots total; they all can be seen here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/killerblackbird/sets/72157624684726734/with/4874810486/
