He said less than 16psi with an 11lb spring. so the MBC was asking that 11 lb spring to play nice with 12-15 psi. Which isnt asking alot from it IMO… its odd it didnt hold. But then again…
a little 11psi spring isnt very stiff, so think about it… in my head its more likely to flutter around. like a 11 lb spring trying to hold 15 psi (less than 40% increase) is like a 20lb spring trying to hold 24lbs is only like a %20 increase on the spring… on a naturally stiffer spring to begin with. But then again the boost pressure coming through the MBC outlet is pushing down on the valve too… so maybe that defunks my theory. lol
