Dude, normally I’d agree completely. But Hendo didn’t swarm and cover Bisping, he cocked his hips, swung his fist and landed on him with his elbow pretty deliberately.

What weight would you potentially spar at? I dunno how old you are but the people I spar with (backyard stuff, joining buffalotrainingcenter soon) wouldn’t feel right going 100% with anyone older than maybe 35.

Yeah the elbow might have been a little much, but that was just for all of Bisping’s shit talking before the fight and during Ultimate Fighter. It was deserved.

I was just watching that right hand of hendo cocked back the entire fight and I knew it was only time before he connected. One of the best knockouts I have ever seen in UFC

I weigh in 175-185 range depending on training and such. Im only 24 so age is not an issue.

It’s on roll rd in clarence. It’s about 4 minutes from my house where me and my friends have the fightnights. It’s near maple and transit if that helps.
edit: if you for sure are joining late august or september and we all join together, we can get a pretty sick rate. And the place is already 50% cheaper than all the other schools around here.
