We know, Jeff and I were there when the person did that, believe me his car see WOT about 2 times a summer. The person was instantly sorry he did it, and the cops came back and talked to the person who did it. We heard the whole Judge speech that you probably heard.
The cop was no where in sight when the person left he was hidding behind the plaza by the guard rail where we piss, not a car was on the road in any direction, to anyone there it looked like a safe time to get on it.
And the person did not do a burnout out of the lot, he floored it once on union almost at the bridge. He left the lot and pulled out on the road nice, safe and respectful.
