They could warn people over the radio ahead of time, but then attendance would suffer. Rock & a hard place.
Troopers and Lancaster police had the checkpoint. Looked like they were mostly checking inspections and registration. I have no front plate, tint, and loud exhaust and they said I was fine to go

I would think he is right about loosing 5000 people. The weather was perfect for an event like that. I’m glad I didn’t take the panhead I would have been fighting with them on the side of the road all night.
There was still a ton of people there, but I don’t think he lost 5000 people. And it was hotter than hell so a lot of people stayed home in the ac.

The point about the Bills games, do they setup road blocks before the game on all the roads leading into the stadium? As in, you have to go through a check point in order to get to the game?
I have a cracked windshield on my truck and drove right throught the check point, three troopers stood 3 feet from my window and waved me through, I def think they were targeting bikes. gay
lol, i went to this two weeks ago as i havent gone since they moved it to lancaster. drove the bmw and parked in the regular lot and walked in since theres not that much done to it(dropped, different lights, tint, exhuast, and different wheels but still factory) and when i got it thought wow, completely stock vw’s and corvettes, oh look a honda with some pep boys shit and rusted rockers. hell i could have parked my car in here its nicer then half the crap here.
that cruise night is a joke. i might consider taking the truck there once or twice this summer but its doubtful.
edit: not even worth it to go and make a few passes as the track is junk on wed night anyways
The point of the Bills games that should have been mentioned is that the roadblocks are setup after the event, which doesn’t prevent attendance… they could have had the cruise night stops running after the 7pm rush.
