I would do skunk 2 pro 2 cams and as far as valves and springs do supertech or some thing along those lines

Yea the pro2’s cause they have a normal lift out of vtec but in vtec its a whole new ball game that turbos love

All you shall need is Supertech valvetrain and a GOOD set of ITR cams.
