Different aftermarket companies DSS, Gator, new Omni titanium, and others have a hit and miss functionality…If your axle onle lasted one pass, you had a pre-existing issue.

OEM axles are great…I would say if your in it for the fun, find some OEM axles from the junk yard… run them and have some spares, only take like 5 min to change with the right tools…last season i messed up 1 axle due to no grease. over 100 passes most of them on BFG DR’s witch are harder on axles/trannys then slicks
x2 & I run slicks when racing. I have DR’s but they’re only for street use. I was going to try them on the track but it’s just not worth it when I have slicks.
