upstate races you'd like to see

just go from a dig matt, swing to my house and grab those DR’s. Us imports can go from a roll with eachother cause its not to eithers disadvantage. If you can get into 3rd without crashing into something you’ll either start to pull or lose anyways. So its not gonna matter… plus his car gets unstable in the mid 100’s so i dont blame him for not wanting to go 180 every run.

No no no no… not unstable at mid 100’s unstable at about 110 lol Soon to change though… found the issue…or at least one of them…sorta forgot to put the rear sway bar back on after the rear end change…its on order…be he tomorrow. The car would become a helicopter at 180… max i will ever do is 150 in that thing! or so i say.

Imports generally trap higher with relative ETs than domestics so some imports like going from a roll. Aside from that, it just takes a lot of stress off the car and components.

Just some justification on why people prefer roll.

Fuck it. If someone has some 15’s that I could have my drag radials mounted on I will do it. But they will also have to get them mounted for me because I have to work 9am to 10pm Fri + Sat + Sun. If swift or John want to help me out I’m down to race after work. HAHA oh and go fill up a 5 gallon gas can with 110 or 112 octane at altamont (I’ll give you money).

The AWD theory that so many AWD fanbois go with is bullshit. I doubt even count 2-3 times that I got lucky and rolled up on car at a light that wanted to play. Each time it was “setup” taking away from the possibility of some random incident.

No worries… if it works it works… but to be honest… sat may not be great due to your work hours. I generally wont run before 1-2 am… either way… it’ll happen when it comes together… if its sat, fine. Looks like a cold cold nite…which wont bode well for traction… even though the turbos would love it. No rush man, it’s only May. Weeknight not a terrible idea.

why don’t you just run slicks…unless your car can’t handle them? Not good if you have tranny and axle parts all over the road.

The reason i don’t want to run slicks is where the hell are we going to race that I can drive to with them on? The last time I was on the extension I had to out run the police and really don’t want to have tires on that I can’t take turns with. Drag radials would be fine but not wrinkle wall. I think whoever i race will have to be from a roll. i don’t know why it’s such a big deal to go from a roll. 20-40mph is all I’m talking. All it does is show which car is actually a faster street car and takes out driver error of launching. FWD with no slicks means fucked from a dig… Also Arod I’d rather not race you because of all the drama that comes with it. Even if I win I lose. I won’t hear the end of it till we run again and you beat me at some point. When I raced your brother the drama never stopped. Nothing against you but it’s not worth it to me. I know Jammer would be fine win or lose that’s why i’d rather race him. But Jammer it will have to be from a roll. If you don’t want to do that then the Synapse Shift518 track day we can line up with me on slicks.
