Just some background… this swap was done by a guy’s wife as a memorial, after he died in a helicopter crash in the US; after surviving 5 tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan.

fuck that, i would consider an LS7 GTO to be a great memorial

i have a long list of cars i WANT to build in life, and a number of them would make baller tributes

my only requirements would be that you gotta build it strong enough that it doesnt blow up, and then drive it till it DOES blow up …

That’s pretty sweet of his wife. But why a GTO? Didn’t this board reach a consensus that GTO’s suck?!! She should have rocked out a STi or a civic hatch. Then and only then would this memorial truely be sweet.
