I know Fords didnt have an overdrive 4th, especially the trucks. They usually had a low range 1st and then 3 other gears.
I wish my truck had a 5 speed but it wasnt an option on a v8 4x4. Just 2wd v6 POS models.

No, its a 4 speed. I dont know which year got the 5 speed auto.
