Not exactly sure where I should be posting this, but my father has been looking to get some vinyl stripes for his Ranger, not sure if anyone on here does this or can recommend a shop for me, but I wanted to get him a gift certificate for the amount this would cost to get done for a Christmas gift for him. He wants two solid color 10" stripes (i think he said orange) to run the length of the center of his extended cab 06 Ranger. Any input is welcome, as long as you’re not making fun of my dad’s taste in orange vinyl stripes, that can be kept to yourself. Thanks.
It’s way easier than it seems, when I was 16 (about 8 years ago), I got a kit off eBay for about 20$ shipped. I put them on my neon with a buddy, literally took half an hour with a spray bottle of water and a hand squeegee thingy. Vinyl stripes lasted three years until I took them off because (change of heart).
BUT… I know you wanted to do this as a gift. Castle Banner and Signs down the street from me does a ton of this stuff, corner of Genesee and Harlem in Cheektowaga. 8 Years ago they wanted 90$, idk what the inflation of vinyl stripes are but you could call there.

$20 vinyl is garbage, you get what you pay for. Get 3m if you can. it will last alot longer than the crap on ebay. I can ask my father for a price if you want, he does it for a living.
