Well ive decided to make a 10 hour trip down to virginia to check out the last weekend of Grand-am competition. because i havent made it to a stop this year. and theres a little happening called GT LIVE which is hitting the east coast for the first time.
Dorifto + TIme attack + RallyX + Grand-am twin 6hrs + bikini comp = decent time for $40 da whole weekend.
not to mention theres going to be a corral for all the different import’s.
IM just curious to see how beautiful VIR’s facility is supposed to be.
its a country club type atmosphere… with a road course or two.
IF anyone is interested im sure my car will be in the subie corral from time to time all weekend.
I knew about it, but I dunno, it won’t be the same without the JGTC cars.
If I had a time attack car, I’d definitely go just for the track time. And it’s definitely a good show for those of you that still have yet to experience a real race venue. But the fact is, I’ve seen Rolex/ Grand Am cup already this year, so I have no reason to go. If the JGTC cars were going to be there, then I would go definitely.
Look at the cute little turbo to keep the big one spooled. wanted to talk to these guys… but there engrish was kinda rough.
And to answer to another thread on here.
as skilled as Stunt Bike guys must be. Its kinda booring to watch. after the 2nd or 3rd guy… I guess stunt riding is more interesting when the guy goes a little faster down the strait.
Wanted to go had take care of Grandma all weekend. I would love to see some XDL footage. Looking to compete next year in the 50 class. Help a fellow stunta’ out
