hi i’m asking on behalf of my friend here.
recently we installed a SUN auto voltage stabilizer and came to a problem regarding the pilot light which flashes green and red. many other people i talk to told me it suppose to just flash green. right now im in a stump and was wondering if anyone on SON can help me with my problem.
grounded the wires to tranny, valve cover, intake manifold, alternator, engine.
oh yeah this is on a 2005 acura tsx.
already tried many forums, no one gave me a solid answer about the problem. if you guys can. thanks.
is it becuz of different model?
becuz i’ve got a 2nd taiwan branded voltage stablizer
and the light also flashing grn and red
but i recently rebuild the altnator and alrdy new battery
and w/ such ez installation i don think i’ve install it wrong…
so iguess it could be just different model…
and i don think where u ground it matters
(well it migth affect teh perfromance, but don think it’ll affect the unit’s opearation)

ive got one. If everything is proper it will flash green ONLY. Green and red must mean something is wrong. Call up Sun Auto, they are located in the US.
ive had 3 seperate ones on 3 seperate cars
but offbrand taiwanese ones…
and they all flash red and green.
and ive seen several others on show cars that flash red and green when i was at sema.
