Hey, I agree, the whole idea is flawed (deficit spending to give rebate checks), but only the Democrats could fuck it up more by saying, “lets give an income tax rebate to people who didn’t pay income tax”.
I tried the new logic with Sony and mailed in the rebate for 5 free blu-ray movies you get when you purchase a blu-ray player, but in my case I didn’t buy the blu-ray player. I’m hoping this new rebate logic is a national law. 
If I don’t get them I plan to sue. Right after my lawsuit I filed against my boss for tripping over the curb in the parking lot is settled.
