False. They’re on CC’s and Sciroccos in Europeland.
Rabbits that aren’t low need 18"s at least but even so they’ll look stupid without a cup kit or coils.

I think I’m going to just buy the knock-offs of the wheels on that silver rabbit. Since my rabbit is pretty similar and that one looks good to me.
