Ya I wonder how obligated they are to attending these shows. If they nod and say OK or if there is formal paperwork for some of these small events.
Obviously the bigger shows are all paid and worked out in advance but the big stars seem to give a shit less about these smaller shows if something else comes up but who blames them.

well, weezy didn’t perform because it wasn’t sold out.
usually there’s an upfront fee to get the rapper up there, but contracts and all that will state the rapper has to perform. if he doesn’t, the promotions company will need to refund everyone, as well as try and recoup their losses through Wayne’s management, in which they may end up fighting out in court if it gets real dirty (doubtful)
funny thing is people will STILL line up to see his ignorant ass.

I dont like mainstream rap much at all, but I will say if I have two favorite mainstream rappers, it would be Luda and Wayne…

rap concerts usually suck, there cd,s ect are good but in person they suck,
