It’s not autocrossing.
People can drive whatever they want on track. I’ve seen A4/A6/A8s, my Legacy GT, Honda CRZs, Honda CRXs, Ford 500s, etc…
No Infinitis are really made for any track driving lol.

I saw a toyota matrix at a track day once.
Yea, even those piles can go tracking!
:lol
Please stop playing defense for your dumb car.

I want springs, wheels, and paddle shifters then Im hitting track day.
Well you know who to get a hold of for any tips and help along the way.
I’ll extend my help to anyone on this forum if they’re serious about doing a track day. It’s a great sport with a lot of good people, and you’ll learn more about yourself and your car than you ever will in other arenas.
I’d love to spectate a track day.
driving on a track is for homos, that explains why there is an infiniti, real men drive flat out on the street
With the seat reclined and the a/c on.
No I think it’s the 5k curb weight and shitty suspension doing that all by itself.
That’s me.
I can see where some of the hate of the Inifniti brand comes from on this site, as it seems like one particular member on this site likes to act like they’re the upper echelon of auto engineering, however I would strongly disagree with saying they’re “junk” cars.
Do they belong on a track? Absolutely not. As others have said, BMW, Audis, and MB probably look a hell of alot more comfortable on the track then Infinitis do.
I bought my 2005 G35x back in 06 and have put a pretty rough 85,000 miles on it (driving in/around construction sites) over the course of the past years and I’ve had minimal issues with the car since I purchased it. Biggest to date is a new hub assembly and timkin wheel bearing. Point is, I’ve owned the car for 6 years, had little to no issues with it and in general have been very satisifed with my purchase.
I know some others on this site have either owned or driven Infinitis and had issues with them or in general just didn’t like them at all. Everyone should be entitled to their own opinion, whether its that you think they’re “junk” or you think they’re great cars.
Anyways, I’m not sure why Ilya got all butthurt about this topic, it was very apparent that Cossey was just breaking balls.
I still love the way the G sounds.
I’d love to get the cadillac out on the track some day, would be a blast, just not sure how well that tank would handle in the corners being so damn heavy
Nope. Junk.
