I’ve only started hitting engadget since Rubicant left and stopped posting every major headline they have over here. Newegg/buy.com send me emails so I generally don’t hit them daily either.
If you use fire fox download the add-on stumbleupon. You fill out your interests and when you click the stumble button it takes you to a random site related to your interests. You can just keep clicking and clicking and will bring you to a new site every time (sometimes it repeats but rarely). It will show you sites you would never normally find. It is basically what surfing the web really is.
I found a really cool game website with tons of games and “self gratification” points…
Sure, you can go play pointless games all day long, but this website adds in objectives to some of them to give you points and “levels” for you to say “WOW, look… I have a level”
There is no point to the level or points, but it does help you see what games you’ve played and your friends can play the games you’ve found that give you points…
My brother got me addicted to the site a while ago. It has TONS of fun games, including lots of those “tower defense” games, role playing games, and puzzle games… all of which I love
