What are YOU doing today?

It was a nice easy ride. Normally I do 20 but decided to go a little more today.

My goal is to lose another 20 pounds this year.

Work at my current job. The place Im thinking of applying at closes at 3 and I normally work much later. Im going to see if I can get there on one of my later starting days if I get a chance.

I dont like taking a week or even a few days off from the gym. I feel lazy and fat when I dont go.
