I cant afford a pay cut and I know which shift/days I want. I dont have alot of applicable experience for alot of the jobs Ive been finding. My stupid current job really doesnt give me any qualifications for a real job.

Bro, you’re really not in a position to choose day/shifts. Ever hear of the statement “there is no such thing as a free lunch”?
