Doubtful I’ll ever top the miles put on my first car, 85 Toyota Tercel 3 door hatchback that went from 40k miles when it was handed down to me to 140k miles when I sold it.
After putting about 23k miles in 9 months on the S2k, I’d have to say time and miles compared to how long I’ve owned a car… the s2k has to be on top.
She will have 140k by the end of the year lol.
I don’t keep my cars very long. The most mileage I’ve ever put on a single car was 30k in 2 years, which was my first Mini, a 2008 Cooper.
I put 78k on my old work van in three years.
I put about the same in 7 years on my tC.
03 Focus…february 2004-present. 4-184,000 miles. Going into retirement probably after this week of nasty weather.

The mazda was a little over 2 years. The Xterra was 5 years.

2000 cavalier 30k-63k, i think i’ve had it for 2.5 years now. No exciting stories. It’s just a cavalier lol
Timewise: 1996 Firebird. Owned from my 16th b-day in 2001 @ 66k miles until 2006 with 101k.
Mileage: 2007 Trailblazer SS. Leased from 82 miles to 38,000. Significant because it was NEVER in for service in the 39 months that I had it.
Bought this on Valentines Day 05 with 52k on it and sold it sometime in 09 with 168K on it. It was the motor I DESPISE, the 1.8t. I would rather have a case of the HIV then a 1.8t, I fucking HATE that pile of shit motor. As much as this pains me to say, it never once threw a check engine light. Never once. And I beat the ever living shit out of this car. It never complained once.
But, I know I’ve put more miles on this heap of shit, just have no idea how many as the odometer has been broken for over a decade now. Bought it in 04 and I still have it. Somehow this pile of shit is the car I’ve owned the longest out of every car I’ve ever owned. When I got it wasn’t quite this bad. It currently sits in my yard still wounded from it’s last adventure on a frozen lake. I think it may be off to the winter driving event in the sky soon.
