They are 14in and the center caps say bbs the owner said they are enkei. anyone know what they are?

Try the forum over at wheel-whores.com, I’m sure you will be able to find an answer there, although im 99% sure those are not bbs wheels.

You kindof answered your own question…the rims are polished. I wish I could tell you what kind of wheels they are…sorry:)
They are Enkei 32s probably with a 0-+10 offest. Those look like the original enkei centercaps as well not bbs’s.
