I can only describe it vaguely.
It’s old, maybe late 70’s.
One scene has two teenagers on a bridge on bicycles and they shoot a police car windshield with a bb gun.
I think they get caught and the cop asks one of the teens what is on his belt buckle? It had an engraved marijuana leaf on it but the teen replies “poison ivy”.
At the end of the movie all the teens lock their parents inside of a school and they begin ransacking the place. I remember one kid blasting off a shotgun while riding around on his bicycle.
I was a kid when I last saw and I want to rent it lol.
edit: another scene has the main character run away from home and he posts up in some abandoned house. His girlfriend was by visiting and accidentally shoots him with a revolver.
