The lack of the rotational force can have a very adverse effect on bikes and their leaning. It wouldn’t be as difficult and wouldn’t require as much force to lean at high speed with a wheel like that since, the wheel is much lighter and there is no sprocket etc on the back rotating with it… no brake rotor either?

the caliper is usually mounted on the bottom on those, there apparently is a rotor, but its like a thin metal band, like the sprocket in that bike picture, thats like the only thing i can think of. it prolly mounts on the inside of that wheel, near the bearing.
