Shawn “plays along” and its all part of the spice of life. So many people are a pure bore. We dont play nice together often, but we play and enjoy it. Politically he was indoctrined and cant be changed, nor would I try… but its dangerous to my view of the American ideals… which are becoming a bit of a pastime , at least for now.

Just off. I only gained weight because I tore my ACL 2X in college and I had a mass removed from my knee that was thought to be a tumor. I actually powered lifted from HS into college. So, I am finally back able to go to the gym.

Unfortunately, due to your age you will have a hard time to match the younger crowd. The same goes for me. I can’t make the gains I used to no matter how hard I work.
