Airbags. It’s what we use when we load up the 3500 with the 55 footer full of cars on back. You can just hook them to a schrader valve and fill with any compressed air source to a specified PSI. deflate when not in use. simple as that(or use onboard electric compressor if you want to get fancy)

off topic slightly, but how do get away with exceeding the GVWR of the 3500?
