I am looking for a fitting and I am not sure of the name nor where to find it
It’s a 3/8 male fitting that he a smaller female tread on the inside, almost like a fitting adapter.
let me know where I can get this thing

Canadian Tire definitely should have one.
If not try a local hydraulic fittings place
yeah that looks like an npt reducer. cdn tire will most likely have, but they are cast steel for water (for black pipe) they also have casting lines running up the fitting. You could go to hydraulic shop and get a nice machined one, but they are more expensive.
