Details on the toris mod? The brake cable that runs to the rear I assume is for the parking brake.

its sitting there. trying to get a couple other things done first. I will get the parts ordered.

I did some reasearch and wanna get ride of the front brake cable that runs to the rear. thats retarded. they sell a short rear brake cable for that. The fronts will be a direct replacement. Tires im trying to find on craigslist. pads are a direct replacement.

Whats about this toris crap, im reading a lot of guys remove it. Should I even bother?

just unplug it. If it runs better then do the delete. If the bike is fine leave it. Yes the short rear cable is way better than the long one with the parking brake. Then you can get rid of the crap brake lever and get a decent shorty one. If you have any questions send me a PM. i have a few left over plastics and a gas tank. and front hubs i was going to refinish if you want them for spars or to mess with. For free. just collecting dust.
