I have a 1995 gauge cluster thats broken that needs to be inspected by a shop to be certified broken. It has been out of the car and replaced a while ago by a side job so don’t have the receipt of the job.
Just need a note saying that it is dysfunctional with a date for court when I got pulled over.
Have gone to a few basic shops, they’ve told me to go to an inspection certified place, went to them and got nothing out of it.
