Both are 05 or newer…

Number one- female owned, one owner, silver, pretty basic with all power options, silver in color, 61k miles for $10000… (probably can get a receipt for lower taxes) Not sure, but most likely can transfer the 7 year, 70k warranty on it.

spend 11k-12k and basically pick up the same thing (half the miles), from a more distant dealer and guarantee the 7/70k mile warranty… and maybe pick up a few more options. (problem is it may be an old rental car, hence the low price)

regardless there are tons out there from 10-15k with 30k miles and more options.

for 10k? where… lol… this is going to become my DD i’ve decided, I have the bike for summer and maybe next summer pick up a nicer summer sportier ride. New 4wd grand cherokees are almost 30k everywhere I look. Even at 20k I dont feel like a 400 monthly payment (not for a winter/DD car)…

I thought about other SUV options, but with clients bein in and out of the car, or even just seeing me drive around. I personally think the cherokees look the classiest of the econo box Suv’s

That second one definitley seems to cheap. Fine print says you must finance 80% through the dealer. High rate perhaps??

When did they start putting the 3.7L in them? It’s got to be a real dog with that motor. I’ve had rental car Liberty’s with the 3.7L and it couldn’t get out of its own way in the little Liberty even, I can’t imagine it in the GC.

I just picked up an 05 with 24k miles for $11,000. It’s been great so far and the 3.7L isn’t to bad it moves just fine for an SUV. I bought mine from the first owner also and just had the 7 year 70k mile powertrain warranty transfered.

My '02 must be just about worthless if you’re buying '05’s for 10k. That’s annoying.

I’m looking at 01 and 02’s. They seem to be going for about $5k-6k.

I had a chance to pick up a mint 02 overlander for under 6k last week with 119k, but decided since I’m buying a house a 2 door rwd coupe would be much better for trips to home depot

^^^ lol… sooo you guys think i should look for one with lower mileage and ability to transfer the stock warranty? from what i hear they are pretty much bulletproof. No known issues on the current models.

In the past 2 years (since 11/24/06) I’ve only put 11k on my car. (about 20k on the bikes) lol

Love the Grand Cherokees. The new bodystyle I am not sure about unless it’s the SRT8 I would even go with the Limited on the last generation. Their dogs on gas though.
