i Am not currently running due to a toe cramping/dislocation issue but last year I ran a 51. and my best is 50.2

400 sucks. Ran it in high school, it sucks. You said you want to race, 100M is the race.

Oh, btw, I ran 50 flat in the 400. Could of ran better but had absolutely ZERO interest. Running for nothing sucks.
